THE SKIN & VINE™ PHILOSOPHY
The modern world asks more of our skin than ever before.
From an early age, we spend countless hours in front of phones, laptops, screens, and digital devices while navigating environmental stressors, overstimulation, and the fast pace of modern life.
Over time, this constant exposure can leave skin looking fatigued, dehydrated, dull, stressed, and visibly aged.
At Skin & Vine™, we believe skincare should reflect the realities of how we live today.
Our Tri-Defense™ philosophy was created to help support skin against three modern stressors: digital exposure, environmental aggressors, and the visible effects of premature aging.
Through clinically inspired formulations, antioxidant-rich ingredients, peptides, ceramides, and hydration support, Skin & Vine™ was designed to help support skin exposed to digital stress, environmental aggressors, oxidative stress, free radicals, and the visible effects of photoaging while helping replenish hydration and support the skin barrier.
Because modern skincare should do more than simply treat the skin — it should help protect, restore, and support it through the demands of a screen-driven world.
Luxury skincare designed for the screen-driven world™.

Our Story
Skin & Vine™ was born from a growing awareness of how deeply screens, technology, and artificial light had become woven into nearly every part of modern life.
For years, while working in the defense sector, I often spent extended periods in highly controlled environments surrounded by floor-to-ceiling screens, continuous digital displays, computers, video walls, fluorescent lighting, and artificial light.
Those environments made me increasingly aware of how deeply technology had become woven into the spaces around us.
But my exposure did not end when the workday was over.
Like so many people, I would move from a screen-centered workplace to my phone, laptop, tablet, or television at home. Later in the evening, I often found myself back on my phone again, scrolling before bed.
The setting changed, but the exposure continued.
I began noticing this same pattern in other parts of my life as well. My fiancé regularly enjoys gaming tournaments and casinos, and when I joined him, I found myself once again spending hours in highly artificial environments filled with gaming machines, large digital displays, animated graphics, illuminated signage, and continuous artificial lighting.
What stood out to me was the same underlying reality: it was yet another environment where screens and artificial light surrounded us for hours at a time.
It became clear that digital exposure was not always limited to one phone or one computer directly in front of us. Sometimes, it was part of the entire environment around us.
For many of us, the day now begins with a screen, continues through work under digital displays and artificial lighting, and ends with another device in our hands. Depending on the work we do, we may spend hours in front of one screen or surrounded by many, then continue that pattern through communication, entertainment, shopping, social media, gaming, and nighttime scrolling.
Over time, I began noticing changes in my own skin.
More dryness.
More dullness.
More sensitivity.
And most noticeably, what I now call “WiFi wrinkles”—those small, fine lines beginning to appear around the corners of my eyes after long days spent in front of screens.
There was also a loss of radiance and balance that had not been there before.
What stood out most was that many of my skincare habits had not changed. What had changed was the amount of time I was spending in screen-centered, artificially illuminated environments throughout nearly every part of the day.
That realization led me to begin researching visible blue light, oxidative stress, environmental aggressors, dehydration, circadian disruption, premature photoaging, and the visible effects of modern screen-driven living on the skin.
Blue light within the visible spectrum is emitted by many of the devices and artificial-light sources we encounter every day, including computer monitors, laptops, smartphones, tablets, televisions, LED lighting, fluorescent lighting, gaming displays, and digital signage.
Research into the cumulative effects of these changing exposure patterns is still developing, but published studies have explored how blue light may interact with the skin through oxidative stress, inflammatory signaling, pigmentation, collagen-related processes, barrier recovery, and the biological rhythms associated with nighttime repair.
As I searched for skincare that could help address the visible effects associated with blue light, oxidative stress, and modern environmental exposure, I found only a limited number of individual products positioned around those concerns.
What I could not find was a cohesive skincare system designed to support the skin throughout an entire daily routine.
I was not looking for a single one-off product. I wanted a thoughtful, connected system that could cleanse, prepare, defend, hydrate, and support the skin within the reality of modern screen-driven living.
That search ultimately became the foundation for Skin & Vine™.
The more I learned, the more I realized that this was not only my experience.
It reflected the way so many of us now work, communicate, relax, travel, socialize, and move through the day.
Technology is an essential part of modern life. It allows us to connect, create, work, learn, build, and unwind. Skin & Vine™ was not created to encourage people to fear or avoid it.
It was created from the belief that skincare should evolve alongside the environments in which we live.
So Skin & Vine™ was founded with a simple philosophy:
Luxury skincare thoughtfully designed to help defend and support skin living in a screen-driven world.
Through antioxidant-rich ingredients, peptides, hydration support, barrier-focused actives, and clinically inspired formulations, Skin & Vine™ was developed to help defend the skin from cumulative effects associated with daily digital and environmental exposure while supporting the skin’s natural barrier.
What began as a personal search for answers became a much larger purpose: to create skincare that recognizes the environment we live in today.
Skin & Vine™ is my commitment to helping others feel more informed, more supported, and more confident in caring for their skin in a screen-driven world.
With gratitude,
