Has Skincare Kept Up With the Way We Live?
Think about how much our daily lives have changed over the last decade. Many of us spend hours in front of computers, smartphones, tablets, and video calls. We move between offices, home workspaces, airports, climate-controlled buildings, and outdoor environments—often all in the same day.
Yet much of the skincare conversation has remained focused on concerns we've talked about for years.
Don't get me wrong—daily sun protection is one of the most important things we can do for our skin, and that will never change. But I started wondering if there was room to broaden the conversation.
Today's skin experiences more than just sun exposure. It also encounters pollution, environmental stressors, changing climates, long travel days, and the realities of living in a connected world. That's why I believe skincare should evolve alongside the people using it.
For me, healthy skin isn't about chasing perfection or constantly trying the newest trend. It's about supporting your skin every day with thoughtful ingredients, consistent routines, hydration, antioxidant support, and caring for your skin in the environment you actually live in. Modern life has changed. Maybe skincare should continue changing with it.
